Characteristics of the cold and hot half mold system:
(1) The cold and hot nozzles coexist in a the first mock examination, realizing the same mold and two-color injection of two kinds of thermoplastic thermosetting compounds;
(2) Accurate water transportation system with semi modular system, ensuring different temperature zones in the system;
(3) Multiple insulation devices are installed in the half mold system to ensure that the temperature control of the cold and hot nozzles does not affect each other;
(4) There are insulation devices between the half mold system and the mold, as well as the contact parts between the nozzle and the mold, to isolate the influence of mold temperature.
